Cafe Bluebird

One of the best breakfast places in Fort Collins. Everything is packed with flavor, including their coffee.

Food was great, service was friendly and attentive, and the interior was cozy and quaint. We really enjoyed our brunch here and will be back!

Food has been great the few times I've been! Very nice staff. Sometimes the wait can get long when they're busy, but they work quickly. They even made a cute little fish on my waffle today :)

Cafe Bluebird is always a hit! The food is delicious, timely, and you always get great service. It’s a great, small restaurant perfect for a casual breakfast or meetup. I’d highly recommend checking it out and trying their cinnamon rolls and hash bowls!

Eggs Benedict was very dry (ham) & garlicky. I think it was the hollandaise, not sure why they would even put garlic in a hollandaise sauce but I couldn’t handle it. Pancake was good but I wish they had real syrup. The B & G was heavy on the sage or fennel, something was too overpowering. Home fries were good. The flavor profiles were not for me or my family and that is saying a lot because we love bold flavors. I would say that we may go back and give this place a second chance but that would be on a day that I want to take a gamble. This place just has weird flavors in places they don’t belong.
