TipTop Cafe

400 Broad St, Seattle, WA

Crema's Take

Perched atop the Seattle Space Needle, TipTop Cafe serves up buttery, flaky pies with surprisingly sophisticated fillings—think savory ham and cheese alongside classic fruit varieties—that pair beautifully with their specialty drinks like caramel macchiatos. The real magic here is the experience: sipping coffee and biting into an award-worthy pie while gazing out at Seattle's skyline is the kind of memorable moment that justifies the premium prices and the wait for a coveted indoor seat.

Spectacular views of the city. Windy and cold up top. We lucky snagged a few seats inside . The pies were actually quite yummy. Just pricy $50 for 3 pies and a cider

The most tastiest intergalactically famous pies 🥧 are out of this world! The crust is so buttery and flaky with such innovative fillings. I love savory pies! 🥰

I got to enjoy a warm Ham & Cheese Pie with a Caramel Macchiato while on top of the Seattle Space Needle. Some seats were available so you can take in the views and eat. This portion to get the day started was perfect and was extra special since I started Jan 1 exploring Seattle.

Something about the experience of being atop the Space Needle, eating an “intergalactically famous” pie from the TipTop Café, is indescribable. This is one of those moments that you can’t forget, even if the pie is incredibly expensive. The spice blend in the Vadouvan Pakora Pie filling tasted exactly like one of my favorite home cooked meals growing up, and the pie pastry itself was buttery, flaky, and soft. Enjoying a warm, flaky pie from the café + watching a beautiful view of Seattle on a cold day = perfection!

Cute little silver home /food truck. Serves up really excellent apple pie and strawberry rhubarb pie. The filling is not so sweet and the crust is flaky highly recommend! Best pies ever! The fruit is so fresh!
