Crema's Take

Tucked behind a building with a park view, this Halal spot brings a welcome escape from Albany's corporate center with genuinely crave-worthy spiced fare like their notorious naga burger. The kitchen shines with oversized chicken wings cooked to perfection and creative sandwiches that make it an ideal quick grab when you need real flavor, not just convenience.

First time here in a very cold evening, it’s like on the back of a building, there’s a park in front of the store, and across the street from it is a huge building with a clock on top that could be an old train terminal. The chef was really friendly and the chicken sandwich meal was delicious, my daughter was a picky eater, and she just killed that sandwich, the chicken was crispy and tender inside, it was so food, since it’s a cold day we didn’t bother to order ice cream pops, we will definitely come back with friends and visit this eatery again.

Didn’t get a chance to take nice picture but the food was amazing. Had tried naga burger. Taste was amazing. If you are a spicy lover then go for it.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich which ended up being completely raw. Ordered this sandwich after being in the Amtrak for 2 and a half hours hoping to have a decent meal. Beyond disgusted! After calling the restaurant they told me They would not give me my money back but would give me another sandwich. After seeing this would any of you even touch a second sandwich?! This was traumatic to say the least. The outer edge was cooked but I was dipping the sandwich in sauce so it took me until half way in to notice how undercooked it really was.

Ordered chicken wings off their new menu, and they were very good. The wings were insane in size, like extra jumbo (honestly too big to be called wings), they were cooked perfectly and the meat was delicious. The sauce choices were limited and non-traditional, and unfortunately the wings were over sauced. I'd really like to see some classics like buffalo sauce, and garlic Parm. My only major complaint was that the wings were breaded/dredged. The dredging and too much sauce ment the wings weren't as crispy as I'd have liked. Looking forward to see if they make some improvements but I'll happily order from them again.
