Crema's Take

This South Street hookah lounge has inconsistent service and equipment quality that reviewers describe as frustrating—staff attitudes range from welcoming to passive-aggressive, the hookahs themselves often pull poorly and taste bland, and there's a recurring $5 cover charge that adds up. A few people report having a decent time here with friends, but the majority of complaints center on rude staff, low-quality tobacco setups, and feeling deprioritized if you're not part of the Arabic-speaking regular crowd. At 3.7 stars, this is a spot where your experience seems to depend heavily on which staff member you get and what day you show up.

Incredibly rude staff and awful hookahs. Most uncomfortable experience I’ve had at a hookah bar or anywhere for that matter. All though a $5 cover charge is posted on multiple signs in the spot itself, we were for some reason charged $10 a person.Wouldn’t return nor recommend .

I didn’t really enjoy my time because they more so catered to the Arabic speaking customers.. they let you play your own music, but kept making sure that they connected their phones to the speaker because those customers wanted to hear their kind of music .. saying they wanted…
