Crema's Take

Peixoto Coffee Roasters is a destination-worthy stop in downtown Chandler where serious espresso lovers come for meticulously sourced single-origin beans roasted in-house and served in traditional porcelain cups—their cappuccinos are particularly worth the trip. The bright, modern space strikes that perfect balance between leisurely sit-down comfort and focused coffee craftsmanship, making it equally ideal for lingering with friends over pastries or catching a quick exceptional shot between errands. With direct relationships to their coffee sources and a reputation that keeps locals returning even after they've moved away, this is the kind of specialty roastery that transforms a casual coffee run into a reason to venture across town.

Quite possibly my favorite coffee anywhere, this was where I bought beans when I lived in AZ. I still bring home a bag after every trip to AZ. I believe they source directly from the plantation in Brazil! I also love their seasonal menus (hot honey latte in winter, coconut latte in summer). The menu is very coffee-focused, but you may get some good pastries if you arrive early.

Peixoto is the place to go for a great cappuccino in downtown Chandler! We also get our beans here since they are of single origin! Wonderful place to meet up with a friend over a cappuccino and a croissant or pastry. I have been coming here since it opened and have met the owner Julia. She is from Brazil and the coffee beans are sourced from her family’s farm in Brazil.

While waiting for my oil change to be completed, I stopped into Peixoto in the Old Town Chandler district for a Cappuccino. The roast there own beans and serve in traditional Porcelain cups which is really great to use while relaxing. The atmosphere is definitely local coffee shop with a lot of great seating and many people sitting around having conversations including strangers next to me who were just meeting and talking while enjoying there drinks. Their in house roasted coffee is amazing and while you can't really say you are chewing your coffee, the intense concentration of deep flavor almost made you feel that way. The people at the counter were also very friendly providing excellent service and adding to the atmosphere. A great place for a quick stop or a lingering conversation with friends..............or strangers.

We met some friends here for coffee and pastries and we regret it. The place is modern and comfortable, but the food and drink are mediocre at best and super expensive. We paid $35 for two coffees and two pastries. Beyond ridiculous!!!! The coffee was very weak with a lots of milk and very little coffee, The croissants were soggy and flavorless. We will never return and encourage you not to.

Met up for a catch-up date with Beau today in Downtown Chandler… a place I rarely venture because, let’s be honest, it’s south of my usual caffeine radius. But wow, Peixoto Coffee made it worth the trip. Tucked into a beautifully restored brick building with that perfect mix of modern design and small-town charm, Peixoto somehow manages to feel both cozy and elevated; like the kind of place where you could write a novel, catch up with a friend, or just people-watch with purpose. The seating is relaxed, the vibe is warm, and the baristas are the kind of friendly that makes you wonder if they’re all secretly trained in customer service and therapy. Their fall menu is out right now, so naturally I had to try the Kettle Corn Latte, and let me tell you, it is top three lattes of my entire life. Sweet, toasty, nostalgic, and somehow still sophisticated. Like if autumn went to college and got its degree in “flavor balance.” 10/10 will absolutely be back. If you’re looking for a coffee spot that feels like a mini serotonin boost (and smells like your cozy fall candle’s older, cooler sibling), Peixoto is it.
