The Kind Bean

I have been going to this establishment for a couple years: providing a treat for my son with severe allergies. However, since being sold, am forced to publish an unflattering review. Under new ownership, Kind Bean doesn't sell products of consistent quality, varieties have been reduced to a minimum, and the workers are unexperienced and untrained. Also, if the ordering system is working (a 50-50 proposition), one isn't guaranteed that the pre-order will be fulfilled the next day. In summary, this business is failing its returning customers and demolishing the work of the original owners. To the owners, this is a wake-up call: Are you business owners or investors? Decisively decide; govern yourself accordingly. Please.

On a recent visit, a few of my friends gathered at the Kind Bean for a farewell get together as I'm moving. The staff was very accomodating and provided a pretty pastry tray for the cinnamon rolls and even moved their speaker system so we could better hear each other chatting. The coffee is delicious as well as their sweets and pastries. They have an imaginative menu, and their other food items are also yummy. The atmosphere is upbeat, and although small inside, there is outdoor seating as well. Highly recommend visiting this great coffee place in Chandler. Support this great small business!!

Kind Bean is a charming little spot with a warm and inviting atmosphere. While the indoor seating is limited, the space is clean and cozy, with additional outdoor seating available. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. This café is a paradise for vegans, offering an extensive menu of plant-based options. I tried the sugar-free vanilla and strawberry latte with oat milk, and it was absolutely delicious—though I wish it had been a bit hotter. The cinnamon spiral was incredible; you wouldn’t even guess it was plant-based! My only small note to others, that I found odd, is the extra charge for oat milk at a mostly vegan café, but overall, this place is fantastic. Highly recommend checking it out!

I'm traveling through town found this little coffee shop. From the moment I walked in they treated me like a local and call me by name. Coffee shop is always clean full of locals, the owners are the staff and they are amazing. Call their homemade products taste incredible and are vegan friendly, it's a must what a true gem of a place.

We drive by this place every day but never stopped in. We finally decided to head in and we were amazed by the clean environment, friendly and helpful staff, and delicious food and drinks! The scones are the soft kind (soooo good, we’ve tried multiple kinds and haven’t been disappointed yet). This place cranks! Lots of devoted customers coming in and out. Awesome patio too with clean tables. Only downside is the tinted windows.. they kept us from trying it out for so long because we couldn’t see what was going on inside. Highly recommend trying out Kind Bean!
