I love this cute cafe! I’ve tried the Turkish coffee and the orgeno coffee, both were so good and rich. I also got to try the carrot baklava, pistachio role, and pistachio Burma, all delicious! The carrot baklava was sweet and syrupy with crispy layers of pastry. The pistachio roll is nutty, sweet, with a chewy interior, and slightly crispy exterior. The pistachio Burma was slightly sweet, very nutty, and syrupy. I can’t pick a favorite, they were all so good. Definitely coming back!
I spotted this cafe a while ago and finally got a chance to try after seeing an ads about their baklava. I went in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was empty. The atmosphere was nice and the place is very well decorated. I order bakeries to go and orangeno coffee. It took them like 15 minutes to get everything ready—a very long wait for coffeeshop standards. The coffee is listed as “layers of rich coffee blended with a hint of orange essence, topped with cold foam” turn out to be much sweeter than I thought. It’s more like coffee with thick cream with orange flavor (not a hint). Stirred the coffee and it became something more like orange flavor Vietnamese coffee. Not bad but not what I expected. Borek Cheese pastry was ok. The pastry was flaky as it should be but pretty expensive for its size. Burma Walnut is ok—a bit sweet but somewhat expected from baklava. The pistachio dream cake is also decent. A bit too sweet for my liking. The staff asked me what sauce I wanted it with and recommended with Pistachio sauce which I went with. Then I found out it was $0.99 on top of $9.38 cake. Quite ridiculous to charge without telling the customer it is additional charge because I definitely don’t need any sauce on the cake that is already sweet.
Delicious coffee and desserts. We tried the orangeno coffee, Turkish coffee, baklava cheesecake, and Dubai chocolate croissant; all delicious. Highly recommend the cute cafe style with a peaceful environment.
Best Turkish coffee ever had. This place is very welcoming service is really quite pleasant. Great location. I would recommend coming here.
We came here for a treat after dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the options and selections with coffee and non-caffeinated options. We got different drinks and desserts but I have to say, the pistachio Dream cake blew everything out of the water for me! The staff were really helpful and friendly, and there's actually plenty of seating for hang outs, chats and dates. They're opened until 9pm every night so it makes for a great chill out spot after dinner. Highly recommend!!!
