Crema's Take
“This beloved Salt Lake City spot has mastered the art of being a genuine gathering place, with a bright, welcoming atmosphere and staff so genuinely friendly that regulars find themselves coming back day after day. Their homemade pastries and impressively crafted specialty drinks earn consistent praise, and despite sometimes struggling to accommodate the crowds it attracts, the combination of stellar service, fair prices, and excellent indoor-outdoor seating makes it worth the wait.”

The only bad thing about Coffee Garden is that it is so popular that sometimes it's hard to find the seat. I don't know why but a lot of people are drawn to this place. They don't have Wi-Fi but you can see a lot of people creating stuff, generating music. They even have a writer's group on Mondays. It's a very necessary third space for SLc. The tea is great; the prices are decent. I kind of wish they had more savory options maybe a couple of healthier options but in general it is a phenomenal spot.
Grabbed a coffee here a while back with some friends. Great service, tons of options, and lots of seating indoor and outdoor. I really enjoyed the pastry I had. If I'm in the area again for coffee, I'd definitely stop here!
I ate lunch here almost everyday for a week when visiting SLC. Beautiful, bright space, awesome atmosphere, a VERY welcoming and friendly staff & vibe. But the drinks are outrageously good. Homemade chai was great and excellent coffee/espresso.
Coffee Garden is one of my favorite coffee shops in Salt Lake City. All their drinks are so good and the prices are fair! The atmosphere inside is perfect to sit and enjoy your coffee. It does get busy but there’s usually still a table available.
Went here for the first time yesterday and will say that it won't be my last. The customer service was amazing very friendly. Took time to give us recommendations on the drinks and pastries. The espresso was very good! The Americano was also good and not watered down to much. The chai was also very flavorful! If you're in the area I recommend stopping by!
