Grit Coffee, Stonefield

Crema's Take
“Grit Coffee roasts its own single-origin beans right there in Stonefield, and the team genuinely cares about getting your cup just right—they'll happily brew something off-menu if you're curious about one of their offerings. The space itself draws people in with that irresistible smell of fresh coffee and a gorgeous atmosphere that pairs surprisingly well with their killer breakfast sandwiches, though consistency with espresso drinks can be hit or miss depending on the day.”

The matcha wasn’t very good, and the latte was also just meh. They put way too much foam on top, to the point where you have to get through a whole thick layer of foam before you can even reach the actual drink.
Cute little coffee shop nestled in a shopping center. The breakfast sandwich was actually really great. We got the sausage, egg and cheese. I’d get it again! The drinks are fantastic, but not consistent. I had the most delicious Chai tea with maple. The first one was not very maple forward at all, in fact I didn’t taste it at all. The second (I got one to go also) was incredibly maple forward, almost too much. Their chia tea base is delightful though! My husband said their Americano was yummy. The first barista was amicable but not overly friendly. The second was a very personable young woman. It was a pleasant experience.
Gorgeous shop. They sell their own beans, with quite a few single origins. I wanted to try one that wasn't the rotating pour over on the menu, and they were very sweet and did it! It was phenomenal; I got the Brazil and all of the notes had a lot of clarity. Amazing staff, great service, and really well-roasted coffee. They also sell V60 supplies, and do their pour overs with ceramic V60 brewers. 100/10 for me.
I recently visited Grit and had a great experience! I ordered the peppermint white mocha, which was rich and delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The cafe itself had a lovely atmosphere, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Grit for a tasty drink and a welcoming vibe!
We tried Grit Coffee. When you walk in you smell the coffee, which is amazing. We ordered iced caramel latte and hot caramel latte. The hot one was better than the iced one. The atmosphere is really nice and comfortable a lot of people where there doing their work or gathering so it was busy. Highly recommend.
