“This Charlottesville gem has earned a devoted following for its exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to linger over a cup. Whether you're after their delicious mochas and specialty drinks, smoothies, or light food like their praised chicken pesto panini, SK Coffee & Co delivers on both quality and warmth—it's the kind of place where baristas remember you're there to study and create an environment that feels genuinely supportive rather than transactional. I love coming here to study! I brought my mom here the other day and she really enjoyed her latte!
New to cville trying out local cafes and restaurants and I’m happy to say this will be my new study spot! I loved their smoothies! I’ll try the coffee next time:) the cashiers were very sweet as well!
I’m not one to leave reviews, small baby and little time! But this coffee shop necessitated looking up how to leave a review. It’s THAT good. Service was exceptional and welcoming. My husband loved the cinnamon and honey latte! My in laws both love coffee and very much so enjoyed their drinks as well. The kind barista made sure my mother in love had the perfect amount of cream to how she likes it. I love chai lattes and try them everywhere I go and this was probably top 2 if not #1 chai I’ve ever had (and I’ve probably tried over 100 different chais!) Might just make the trip back to Charlottesville just for this!
My favorite coffee shop ever! The coffee is the best you'll ever have. There are also great options for food and other types of drinks. The service is wonderful and very accommodating, and the vibes are great. The shop is very comfortable and clean. I always come here to study or chat with friends.
Maybe staying there and eating is a different experience with the quality. I had a mocha (DELICIOUS!!!), chicken pesto panini, and two chocolate chip cookies. Ordered and picked it up to eat at home. The sandwich is hilariously bad. Just significantly different than advertised and expected. The cookies were DRY DRY. Even dipping them in the mocha didn’t save them. I ate the cookies bc chocolate is chocolate. I couldn’t finish the sandwich. It was a gas station, frozen, pre packaged meal quality experience for me. If they don’t like doing take out orders then they just shouldn’t do them. Only picture is of the sandwich because it was worth posting so people can see for themselves the difference. I also posted in the general photos with a description of how the sandwich tasted. That’s NOT normal chicken 😂 the other identifiable objects were cheese and pesto. I do not know what the “mush” filling the gaps was. It’s funny but not funny at $14 a sandwich.
