Trilogy Brew

The coffee is great but it is wildly priced. I see that a macchiato is $5 on their menu for the regular size so I order an iced caramel macchiato in the next size up. It was nearly $12! Come to find out they charge for ice as well. I prefer to support small businesses but these prices are just simply not doable for me.

Coffee houses are many, and there are enough of them to make a visit to a coffee house convenient for most of us. A coffee house that certainly meets the definition of convenience is Trilogy Brew. Trilogy Brew is located inside a large HEB grocery store, so it’s just right when you want a cup of coffee to sip on while you shop. It’s common to find customers with shopping carts in hand, making their way to the counter to order a cup of coffee while they look over their grocery lists. This coffee shop is small, and there is seating for only eight people. Six of the chairs are metal and not very comfortable. If you want comfort, you’ll need to seek out the two high- back, leather- bound chairs in the corner. These are the only ones worth sitting in. Trilogy Brew serves up several different coffee drink options and tea options, too. Because it is on the small side, it doesn’t have the large selection common to other coffee houses. I liked my Americano coffee with a shot of white chocolate syrup and I found the service good overall, especially considering there is usually just one person handling everything. There is very little in the way of food at Trilogy Brew. A packaged cookie is about all you will find available. This fact, and the limited coffee selection and uncomfortable seating convince me to lower my rating, but Trilogy Brew still gets a positive rating overall and a four- star rating from me, thanks to its convenience. It makes a visit to HEB more enjoyable, and it deserves a recommendation for that reason alone.

Nice little place to grab a good cup of coffee while grocery shopping. It’s also a nice place to relax and sip your coffee while someone else does the grocery shopping.

Great coffee spot conveniently located inside the HEB. They serve legit coffee. Had a cortado and really enjoyed how rich it was. Thanks Tyler for making a great drink. Also tried The Kraken. The taste reminds me of having a drink after a cold day on the the slopes. It’s a bit boozy tasting, very unique, and worth trying if you want something different!

Best coffee in Humble with amazing service from everyone I’ve met so far! I’m really glad there's a local coffee shop nearby now, and I have a new go-to drink to start my day - The Kraken! I highly recommend checking this place out!
