Crema's Take

O' Death is a gloriously unconventional coffee shop that doubles as an after-hours venue for gothic and experimental music events, drawing a delightfully eclectic crowd for themed nights like fetisch gatherings. Beyond expertly crafted specialty and signature drinks, the intimate space pulses with creative energy—there's a vintage curiosities shop tucked inside, Instagram-worthy décor with an eerie Alice in Wonderland vibe, and a rotating lineup of live shows and performances that make it equal parts coffeehouse and cultural gathering spot. If you're seeking a quiet corner café, this isn't it; but if you want to sip excellent coffee surrounded by artistic weirdness and kindred spirits, O' Death is exactly where you belong.

Loud, hot and crazy when I went for an extreme metal show. Got crazy and had A BLAST. Maybe don't stop by if you are easily scared or want a nice quiet spot to sip on tea or whatever: There's always Starbucks, a public library, or touristy spots if you want wholesome vibes.

The door person did not I.D. There was a big mix of minors and adults at the show. It didn’t feel like a safe space. I get that kids want a place to mosh, but I saw a young guy hit his back so hard on a piece of wood sticking out of the beam. Then other people knocking over cocktail tables. I don’t drink so was excited to try some of their cool themed drinks. After naming 6 different drinks, the bartender/barista told me that it’s not that they were out of ingredients, but that she didn’t like them so she didn’t want to make any of them. So I opted out of naming anymore. I hope others have a better time than I did.

This place is fairly new . They have a cute store outside as well with cute Curiosities. Outside has the ear white rabbit feel. Insinside is kind of small but great for shows and to meet the talent
