De La Costa

The food was tasteless. I ordered the fajita plate and it didn’t come with guacamole or sour cream or lemons and I had to ask for some. The tamarindo tasted like water. We had a problem him giving us a receipt. We were not impressed at all, especially for the price we paid.

Really enjoyed the chicken tacos and the chicken torta had a very good taste to it. Really enjoyed the fish ceviche it was a top ten taste for the many places I've tasted. And I'm rating the food that we ate for the visit don't know how good everything else is. But like every restaurant has their strengths and weaknesses. So I would suggest asking what their better foods are there. The staff was very attentive. Also because it wasn't busy. But sure do recommend to eat here if around this area. We ate here after a day spent at Castle Park in Riverside. 👍🙂

I don’t usually write reviews but have to after dinner here tonight. We stopped in here with no expectations (was actually craving pupusas but they were closed) and even though they were closing in 30 min and there was nobody else there we were welcomed right in and taken care of. Didn’t real rushed at all and they went above and beyond by making fresh (and delicious) chips. All of the food was great though not just the chips! I got the shrimp burrito and there was so much shrimp inside and SO hot, which I appreciate, the chicken quesadilla was cheesy seasoned well and HUGE. Also had carne asada taco which was on point as well. Overall so impressed and we will be back!!

This is authentic Mexican food at its best. Service was very good. The food was amazingly fresh and fast. The staff was respectful and attentive. Me and my friends will become regulars after our first experience at Costa Delmar. Expect us back this week for those BIG BOMB BURRITOS. Kudos to the chef .
