Crema's Take
“This Lubbock spot has earned a devoted following for its genuinely exceptional sourdough—the cheddar jalapeño loaf is so good people eat it in the car before getting home—paired with creative sandwiches like the beloved Meat Tornado that showcase those crispy, tangy breads. Beyond the baked goods, the welcoming atmosphere and the owner's genuine passion for sourdough craftsmanship (she even sells nine-year-old starter and teaches customers how to bake) make this a place where you're not just grabbing coffee and pastries, but joining a community that really cares about what they're making.”

The absolute best sourdough in the Lubbock area! So glad there is a storefront now so I don’t have to wait until Saturday to grab a loaf. The store itself is so welcoming and fun and the customer service is great! I love trying something new off the menu whenever I go - there has yet to be something that didn’t taste delicious!
Can not suggest the Meat Tornado enough! The bread was crispy and just a hint of spice from the Jalapeno Cheddar and the always delicious Inspectors choice hellfire mustard. The addition of the egg to the already generous portion of meat makes the sandwhich a great meal!
In the words of Ms. Taylor Allison Swift, "nothing safe is worth the drive". I say, "anything yummy is worth the drive". This place is a little outside of the city proper but so worth the drive and very yummy. There's something for everyone. The staff and storefront were very welcoming. Grab your drink and cookie and go take a hot girl walk around any of the great thrift stores on the south side. 👍🏻👍🏻
The BEST sourdough I’ve ever had. Seriously. My husband and I couldn’t wait till we got home and ate half the loaf in the car! It was their cheddar jalapeño. Their soda combos are out of this world! But the bread is the star of the show. We were able to get a fresh loaf when we stopped by and oh my god! I will go out of my way to come back when the loaves are fresh. You need to try this place! I will be back to try every single sourdough!
The people are very nice here, extremely friendly and helpful. If you want to learn how to be do sourdough, she will help you. She also sells starter for $12, which is awesome. It's 9 years old . The store is clean and the products are good. The cookies are $5 each and they are absolutely right gigantic. They sell Pokémon stuff.
