Crema's Take

This airy Union Street roastery excels at espresso-forward coffee with a thoughtful pour-over selection, earning consistent praise for well-crafted shots and quality beans that showcase origin character rather than roast heaviness. The light-filled, unhurried loft space strikes that rare balance of being genuinely welcoming for lingerers without feeling cramped, and their pastry program—highlighted by fresh biscuits and house-made jams—pairs beautifully with a seasonal drink menu like their intriguing Pfeffernuss Latte. It's the kind of place that rewards both quick morning visits and longer afternoons, though their milk-based specialty drinks may not be their strongest suit.

Fresh biscuits, special jam, Pfeffernus Latte, and a bracing brewed coffee. Open loft isn't cramped. Worthy of the first family coffee of new year.

This Push Pull location is a quiet coffee spot with a great vibe and solid cold brew. I appreciated the variety of options available for the small setup and the atmosphere was on point. Will be back.

I got the matcha and was disappointed. The matcha was watery and milky, had no matcha flavor. The staff and shop itself was nice, good place to work at. I’d come back and give their coffee a try.

Nice space with a lot of light. Got the jasmine co-ferment light-medium roast from Sumatra. Their lightest roast still looked a little dark to me.

Wonderful high quality coffee, one of the better places in Seattle! I had an espresso and my wife a cappuccino, both of which were well crafted. The beans used both had woody notes and weren’t bitter, delicious without sugar. By American standards it’s a great coffee place.
