Uncommonly Rossina Cafe
4900 W Expy 83 #360, McAllen, TX
Crema's Take
“Uncommonly Rossina nails the pastry game with standout items like their cheesecake brownie and pan de elote that taste genuinely homemade, making it worth stopping by for breakfast or lunch even if the coffee drinks lean too sweet for purists. The cafe itself is immaculately clean with a calm, quiet atmosphere that actually feels like a refuge rather than a caffeine pit stop, and the staff consistently goes the extra mile with customer service. If you're in McAllen looking for a solid all-day spot with killer food and a peaceful vibe, this is the place—just know the espresso drinks aren't the main event here.”
What to expect
Classic coffee drinks done right. A slow-sit spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu. Family friendly.

I went to get two coffee drinks, and both were extremely sweet. I've visited a couple of times before and usually ordered the matcha with strawberry foam, but today it wasn't available on the menu. I decided to try the other options instead, and I was disappointed. I might as…
The aesthetics is pleasing the café is really nice and quiet. I got a Matcha which was a 5/10 it didn’t have much strawberry which I did request for some more and they did give me some at no extra charge. That was really nice of them. I also got a chocolate croissant the taste…
Desserts did not disappoint! We had their chocolate chip cookie and their cheesecake brownie. Both were great. The place was exceptionally clean and the staff was nice. We had the cappuccino and their mocha latte. Both great and done correctly. We will definitely be back!
The food was amazing! I loved their lunch food and it did not taste processed at all. The staff that worked there on that day were super friendly, non bias and they provided the best customer service. Restrooms are super clean and trendy. The whole atmosphere is very warm,…
A great spot for a little breakfast date. The lox bagel was delicious! and the pan de elote was scrumptious as well! We ordered it with extra honey on the side to drizzle on top. The sandwich, pastry, and chai totaled to about $25 with tip.
