Crema's Take

Nestled away from Sedona's main tourist corridor, this beloved café has earned a devoted following for their impressively generous sandwiches built on thick-cut, quality bread and filled with remarkably fresh ingredients that speak for themselves—no heavy sauces needed. The turkey and cranberry combination appears to be a standout favorite, and the outdoor seating with views makes it an ideal spot to linger over lunch, though it operates more as a casual, takeaway-oriented experience than a formal sit-down destination. With consistently high praise for ingredient quality and portion size, it's the kind of neighborhood gem that rewards visitors willing to venture slightly off the beaten path.

The biggest sandwiches you have ever seen. The bread was cut about 3/4 inch thick, and I could barely hold the sandwich it was so full. The tables outside were handy for sitting, but don't seem to be wiped down very often. Overall a good choice for a simple, huge sandwich.

Sedona Memories Café is a charming local spot that specializes in sandwiches. The ingredients are simple but incredibly fresh. Their sandwiches don’t rely on heavy sauces; instead, they’re packed with generous, high-quality fillings — you can literally see the pile of fresh lettuce. I ordered the turkey sandwich, which came with plenty of turkey slices, paired with cranberry sauce and avocado for a lightly sweet and savory combination. You can also choose your own bread, i picked the whole wheat, and the portions are very large. My friend ordered the tuna sandwich, and it honestly looked like it had almost a full can of tuna inside. The café itself is small, but the décor is adorable and full of local character. If you’re traveling and have been eating a lot of heavy or greasy foods, this is a great place to enjoy something fresh, simple, and satisfying.

This is a great sandwich spot. I didn’t think I’d like the sandwich pairings as much as I did. I got the turkey, avocado and cranberry spread with cream cheese and man was it so good. Everything was fresh. These sandwiches are huge.

Huge fresh sandwiches. Not in the main drag but worth trying out. It’s really geared as a takeaway place. They have tables outside with umbrellas but they don’t really keep them wiped down so as long as you are careful where you set your plates down you will be ok.
