We were rushed out at closing time after spending $115. Manager tried to make us leave before we had all of our food items (we agreed to have everything in to-go containers) saying everyone had to leave and he had to lock the door. They close at 3 now on Sunday and he did this at 3:05. He went to every table telling people they had to leave now. There were at least 12 people inside who had just ordered. Usually when you order food and coffee from somewhere you’re able to finish it up while staff shuts down/ closes. Not the case here. Never had this happen at ANY restaurant or coffee shop. We ate our food at the outside tables in the cold.

I’m very disappointed with the way my family and I were treated during our most recent visit. We are regular customers and have supported this coffee shop for quite some time, which made this experience even more upsetting.The staff was dismissive and unprofessional, and we were made to feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Simple courtesy and respectful customer service were lacking. This treatment was unexpected and unacceptable, especially toward regular customers. We are now looking for a diffrent coffee shop to support.

I have been to this location many times and have had good experiences, this morning, however on my best friend’s wedding day, I drove through the drive-through to get morning coffee for my sweet bride friend. My experience today was not a pleasant one, the sweet little girl at the window was fantastic. Her smile and kindness was beautiful! However, the young man in charge was extremely rude to her and to me in the drive-thru, I understand you’re busy on a Saturday morning, but you’ve just lost a long time customer! Sometimes being kind is more important than yelling at employees unnecessarily and making them feel less than! Not to mention, invading her space and taking over the job she was well in control of! Thank you, sweet girl for taking the best care of me, I hope he changes his attitude soon because no one should have to work for someone like that!

I don’t know if it was just the service today but the people first were super rude. My husband said his drink was very watery for a frozen mocha. My biggest issue was the wrap it was mainly lettuce, like these wraps aren’t cheap and it was all lettuce. and it was soggy slimy not fresh lettuce. I am pretty upset I spent a lot of money on this lunch and how much of a disappointment it was.

Coffee and pastries are always delicious! I did go in since it was bought out and the inside is now like a little mini grocery store with lots of healthy food and snacks and oils. Will definitely be back here to buy some things for my pantry as well.
