OMG Brigadeiros - Julia & Henrys

Hello, I’m writing regarding the cake I ordered from you for today. While the taste was fine, I was disappointed with the presentation. The cake did not match the agreed design / photos shared when I placed the order. Specifically, uneven frosting, did not attach the chosen decorations that I pay for. Because this was for a special occasion, the presentation was very important. I’ve attached photos for reference. I’d appreciate a resolution, such as a partial refund, credit, or another option you recommend. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response.

I came for the beijinhos because I’m not that big of a fan on chocolate and I was pleasantly surprised! I wish they had more texture, maybe rolled in thicker coconut pieces, but I was happy with the texture. I also enjoyed the guava and cheese one. The packaging is also too cute!

For $40 I am very disappointed that I had to take this cake in this conditions to a holiday party. They also shrank the portion? Who knows at this point, each individual brigadeiros is now over $$$$ dollars each

Absolutely obsessed with this place! The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, you can really feel the love that goes into everything. The brigadeiros are not only delicious, but also so beautifully made that they almost look too pretty to eat. I ordered them as holiday gifts for my coworkers and building staff, and they were a huge hit. Highly recommend for treats and gifting! I’ll definitely be back!

Their customer service here is incredible! I initially had problems with my order of brigadeiros, but they were eager to send me a replacement and give me another try! Thank you so much! Delicious brigadieros & desserts as always! I will be a returning customer for lifeee :)
