Crema's Take

This isn't a standalone coffee destination but rather a charming historic district where you can grab a casual coffee while browsing local artist studios and vintage shops along a genuinely walkable street. The vibe is deliberately slow—perfect for an afternoon of wandering between boutiques, grabbing a bite at one of the neighborhood restaurants, and actually sitting down to linger without feeling rushed. It's the kind of place where locals are friendly and the crowd skews toward people who want to slow down rather than optimize, making it ideal if you're already planning to spend time in Old Colorado City.

What to expect

Classic coffee drinks done right. A slow-sit, outdoor seating spot, good for meetings. Family friendly. Parking available.

Servers in shops are friendly. More choices for souvenirs at here than the gift shops at the place of interest. Parking can be a problem when there is an event at Old Colorado City. You may need to find a private parking lot because the public one will be full.

I have lived in OCC for three years and have found the people very friendly . I especially like the Crafters that surround the Old Colorado History Museum during the summer when the City Market is taking place..
