This place has really turned around these last few weeks. Michael the new manager was very personable and knowledgeable. He helped us guide through my friend allergy, while still making her something she likes. Regina welcomed me in with smiles and made me this beautiful bowl. All around a great place now will be returning!

The manager Michael was great but upon walking iin the store Jonathan did not greet us. Upon arriving at the register I made eye contact with Jonathan and spoke to him and he didn't speak at that time either. Once Michael cane out the whole experience changed for the better. After I updated him on my experience with Jonathan and he took my order and was very pleasant. He personally made my food and it was amazing. Michael, thanks for making my experience great. Jonathan- simply speaking to each customer makes a difference. I think he made just need some training in that area because one thing I will say is that Jonathan worked nonstop the entire time I was there (we dined in). He is a very hard worker. I would recommend this place 4 out of 5 stars for now. Better customer service will bump it to 5/5

Our experience was absolutely awful. I got my food in about ten minutes which was fine, but we had to wait over 45 minutes for my friend to get her food. When we walked up to ask how far along the order was, the workers looked at us standing there but no one came up to us to see what was wrong. Other that got here after us got their order before us. Very disappointed with the place. Their solution to waiting so long was to take the food to go. Highly don’t recommend.

Purple hair basically made my mom who's allergic to feta cheese sick because she didn't remake my mom's Guacamole toast,she just scraped off the food w a knife&gave it back. She wanted all the veggies as she's diabetic and needs all the nutrients she is allowed to eat. My Caesar salad wrap was the last item out and it took half an hour to get my entire family their food. Purple hair could have asked Blondie what our order was and didn't. The man tried to give me my wrap when they incorrectly added the croutons I said I didn't want 2x. I made them remake it properly. Our smoothie was very thin. This was my family's first time and only my third time to this location. Very disappointed at the service and the fact that there was no coffee. Not worth the price point we paid for our meal.
