Crema's Take
“Queen CàPhê crafts an exceptional pho broth that's earned a devoted following across Seattle—reviewers consistently praise its deep, complex flavor that stands on its own without the typical hoisin sauce. Beyond the soup, their boba features perfectly chewy tapioca pearls and their bánh mì sandwiches arrive with fresh-baked baguettes and vibrant heat, all served with genuine warmth by a staff that makes families and solo diners alike feel welcome.”

I love the pho broth here, if you’re looking for pho north of Seattle, this place has the best broth. The portions are big as well. My buddy ordered the chicken vermicelli bowl and he ate the whole thing, he said it was delicious.
My favorite pho restaurant in all of Seattle! Great boba too, with perfectly prepared tapioca balls (not mushy like some places). Sweetest staff and best food, plus they have an outdoor area for fresh air + super easy parking. Love this place!
First time eating here, placed a to-go order and it was ready very fast. Got home and found their Pho broth is the best pho broth I’ve ever had. It is rich with deep and complex flavors balancing salty, sweet, and umami flavors. I’m no pho expert, but this broth played my palate the way a master’s bow glides across a violin’s strings. Veggies were very fresh and flavor only adding to the experience. My new favorite pho place in Seattle!
I ordered the Bahn Mi and the fried spring roll. My first ever Banh Mi (Roasted Pork), it was so good...more than I ever expected. The baguette was fresh, the amount of heat the jalapeno brings is perfect compared to the cooling of the cucumber. Watch out for seeds, lol. The spring rolls with the addition of meat, were next level. The perfect balance of light and filling. I did get a Pineapple Lemonade .... another winner...refreshing and that perfect amount of sweet, before it's considered "too" sweet. 10/10 will go back 10/10 would recommend
Amazing pho broth! Deep rich full flavor i have been looking for! Not your regular bone broth for sure. No hoisin needed for this one for sure! Growing up in vancouver canada where the vietnamese culture on Fraser and vicoria street is strong, i am thrilled to find this place. I will say, it's not cheap, $19 for the combo steak, brisket and meatball. That being said, considering this is in Queen Anne, its not unreasonable. Ballard pho places are like $15 for a larger portion and they are good too, but this broth was head and shoulders better. #cleanbowlclub Bubble Waffle was tasty, not HK style, but still super tasty.
