Crema's Take

Delanie's Coffee has built a devoted following with their thoughtfully crafted signature and seasonal drinks that balance traditional espresso techniques with creative flavor profiles. The Shadyside location channels a genuinely cozy neighborhood vibe with scattered seating across multiple rooms, making it equally welcoming whether you're settling in with a laptop or grabbing a quick cup, though the popularity means peak-hour service can get a bit stretched despite the team's genuine effort to keep up.

Cozy little coffee shop with tasty drinks. We liked all the drinks we ordered though mine was definitely on the sweet side. Service was great and it is pretty busy with not much staff but they get the job done. The menu options are standard coffee shop drinks as well as seasonal/ specialties. For food they have sandwiches, bagels, waffles, and assorted fresh baked goods. There are also some prepackaged snacks and drinks. Non food items include candles, mugs, cards, etc. No parking lot so you have to park on the street.

I love this coffee shop; it's always super busy. Service can be a bit slow at peak hours when staff are hustling to keep up, but not unacceptably so. Their signature and seasonal drinks are always great, and served attractively when dining in. The tiramisu latte is my favorite. Not too noisy considering how busy it often is.

I have been to the southside location before many times but this was my first time at this location. They have good amount of seating. Some in the front room and a few tables in a back room. The place is very esthetic and cute. They have two iced coffee sizes. I went with the bigger one. I got an iced matcha latte with sugar free vanilla. The size was big. The flavor of the matcha was good and refreshing. They had a container of dog treats and dog bowls outside. They also sell other things like pastries and breakfast sandwiches that looked good.

This place is quite the amazing find in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, a breath of fresh “coffee” in a bustling city of business and commerce! You are welcomed by a cozy cafe with anything you could want from local bagels to vegan pastries, but what was special to me was their viral tiramisu latte! It was quite the treat due to how sweet it was, but it was definitely worth it. A tiramisu latte is just incredibly ingenious to me due to tiramisu and coffee being in the same house together i would say. I definitely recommend that tiramisu latte to anyone who comes here, don’t miss out!

I wanted to try the new location in Shadyside as I’ve been to the original location on the South side and totally loved it. Unfortunately, on the day, I went. They had some issues with the milk machine, so they could not do any lattes or milk based drink. The barista was super apologetic about it. I got the cold brew, and it was very good. They use high-quality coffee and it’s very evident. You should definitely visit this place if you like coffee.
