Crema's Take

This Chandler institution has earned its stellar reputation as a destination breakfast spot, with reviewers driving nearly an hour for the legendary pork tenderloin breakfast and creative dishes like green chili waffles that showcase genuine culinary care beyond typical cafe fare. The warm, unhurried atmosphere and genuinely accommodating staff create the kind of place where you'll linger over coffee and conversation, whether you're a regular or making the pilgrimage for the first time. It's the rare cafe that executes both exceptional comfort food and specialty coffee with equal attention, making it worth the drive for a morning that feels less like grabbing breakfast and more like being welcomed into something special.

Definitely a delicious tenderloin! Not overcooked and not over breaded with lots of flavor and large enough it does not fit in a to-go box. Worthy of a Hoosier tenderloin! Very nice to have this place here after just arriving from Warsaw, Indiana, where I was spoiled rotten for the last two years of tenderloin feasting.

We drove 45 minutes to experience this wonderful establishment. I had the pork tenderloin breakfast. (Not on the menu), which comes with eggs, hash browns, and choice of toast or biscuits and gravy. I couldn't even get close to finishing this monstrous breakfast. This place serves Indiana homestyle comfort food that did not disappoint. Everything was delicious here. A must try! This is the first 5 star breakfast of the year. 👍🩷

Should I drive 45 minutes for breakfast? HECK YEAH! This place blew my expectations away. To start, Shannon, our server, was exceptional. Thank you so much for great service! Now, the food is off the charts! The biscuits were perfect. The gravy was a great white pepper gravy. The hash browns were crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The eggs cooked exactly to order. And then there's the tenderloin. Don't know what to say about it. It was that good. I felt like I was"back home again in Indiana"! The only thing I could say is I wish they would call it the Boilermaker Cafe instead, LOL!

I cannot recommend this place enough! It's a perfect Little spot for breakfast or lunch and ive yet to have a bad time while im there. Staff is more than willing to accommodate special requests and they're quick to recognize you. It feels like the diner from the tiny town I grew up in. Totally stop by!
