Best roaster in Charlotte! These beans are definitely roasted with love.

Andres is a class act 10/10 one of the nicest and knowledgeable guys around. I tried 2 of his family-grown coffee (bourbon) and still haven’t decided which one I like best. I’m glad I met him and his brand… cannot recommend them enough #cheers

I’ve been trying several brands of locally-roasted coffee recently, and this is my new favorite! I bought the Finca El Cipres light-medium roast from Deli St. and absolutely love it. I’m no coffee expert, so when I see “tasting notes” I don’t usually expect to taste them— like with wine. However, this actually has the faint taste of strawberry, but it’s light enough to not be overpoweringly fruity. The light roast is flavorful and sweet; I drink it with sugar and either soy or oat milk. This blend is perfect for my morning cup, and I’ll definitely try more flavors from this roaster in the future!

Amazing, just amazing! I tried the medium roast at The Common Market and I knew I had to buy more to take to the office for my coworkers to try. Now everyone at Waverly Dental is hooked on it and can’t have enough. Being from South America originally and having tried different brands, I can honestly say Jags Head is the best one yet and my go-to now!
