Very expensive! Drive thru takes a ridiculously long time. Donuts were cold. Not returning

A great stop on University. We hit up happy hour and got a great deal on an iced chai for me and a chocolate milk for my son. He loved eating the free mini donut they give you with each drink too. If you are looking for an afternoon pick me up, definitely hit them up! The drive through was fast and easy to access.

Mini donuts were good. They said they got new cups and they'll let their manager know what happened to my drink without offering to remake it. They are so flimsy that I picked it up to take a drink at our table and the lid popped off and the drink overflowed from the top causing it to slip from my hand. They said sorry I'll let my manager know. I showed them the cup and how holding it compresses the cup halfway. They didn't offer to remake the drink. I had 1/4 of the drink left in the cup. Really disappointed in the service after a faulty cup. If I had spilled it from my own mistake I would expect a remake but other coffee shops offer it anyway. I was surprised they didn't.

"When I lost my excuses, I found my results" My friend and I had an amazing time here again. The service has always been PERFECT. They are quick with orders and friendly. I come here to write and or to just think. My coffee drink for today's choice was a SWEATER WEATHER blended, APPLE CINNAMON flavor. It's coffee with a smooth kick of apple cinnamon as your swallow. Hot, sweet, and just the right kind of boost going into colder weather. I definitely will have to come in again and try the sister unit of VANILLA flavor 😜

After 6 mos. in the FM area, I finally made it to Beans to hangout w/ a church friend. The seating area is comfy and warm and the chai latte is terrific. The bag of donuts was also tasty though the donuts are a bit smallish and a touch pricey. Still, not a bad treat if that's what you're wanting. Outdoor parking is snug but adequate.
