Crema's Take

Crux Coffee has mastered the art of being both a serious coffee destination and a genuine gathering space, with a fireside lounge and thoughtfully designed seating areas perfect for everything from studying to long conversations. Their baristas pour genuine warmth into every cup alongside seasonal specialty drinks and satisfying traditional espresso drinks, while their house-made pastries and fresh bread for subs prove they care just as much about what's on the plate as what's in the cup. Tucked inside the St. Paul's Newman Center, this spot has become a beloved refuge for NDSU students and locals alike who crave excellent coffee without pretension.

Great people and great coffee! I highly recommend grabbing a cup and enjoying their fireside lounge. NDSU students should especially check it out as a place to study. It's location just across the old main gate to NDSU campus makes it a perfect spot to spend time between classes!
