Crema's Take
“This beloved Flagstaff institution combines serious in-house baking with hearty, creative breakfast fare—think massive omelets and Swedish pancakes alongside fresh-baked breads that anchor the menu. The espresso pulls are consistently solid, making their seasonal drinks like the peppermint mocha particularly worth seeking out, and the friendly staff keeps locals and travelers coming back for the warm, welcoming vibe. It's the kind of place where a casual breakfast visit can turn into a discovery, whether you're ordering a surprisingly excellent Reuben or settling in with a perfectly crafted espresso drink.”

Such a cute little find for an amazing breakfast. The breads are baked in-house and the omelets are massive!
there are many winter drinks. I had peppermint mocha with whipped cream that was so tasty and loved it. Also veggie burrito and egg Benedict were great too! Staffs are always welcome us and friendly. Sundays(morning) are perhaps busiest.
We read about this place in a local magazine at our rental place. My hubby ordered the Reuben sandwich and OhMmGG! Surprisingly tasty! The meat is flavorful with sauerkraut and sweet thousand island dressing. The only downside my hubby mentioned: he would really prefer it on the traditional rye bread instead of marble rye. The garlic fries smelled fantastic! 🤤 they’re yummy with ranch or ketchup. I ordered the veggie quiche which was good but the crust was hard, crunchy and had some black burnt edges which were inedible. The bakery section had a few items I might try but nothing irresistible for me. The prices were a bit high for the location, we paid $37. It looks old inside and seems in dire need of a remodel. Overall okay but I don’t think we’ll return.
Horrible experience. Bad service and incredibly pricey. They didn’t give me all of what should have been in my meal and still charged me $20 for a terrible vegan omelette with literally one slice of toast. The alleged vegan pancake made my little one’s belly hurt and the manager could have cared less when I expressed my disappointment and how overpriced they were. One and done!!! Save your $$!!!
The espresso is on point. Swedish pancake was delicious outside of being slightly undercooked, its worth noting that I did order blueberries to be added in though. The Cajun scramble is satisfying on all fronts, it was ordered with a side of hashbrowns that really completed the plate. Bonus for choice in music. Staff is friendly and understanding, no complaints in terms of service.
