Imagine an east central Wisconsin coffee shop in an Airstream trailer operating 365 days a year! And at times, no matter how cold, there are waiting lines on each those subzero days. Those two facts speak to the quality of the coffee and the warmth of the experience here. Of note, in winter, there are small glass yurts where one can sit. Some fresh baked goods available, selection changes daily. Highly recommend.

The shop itself is super cute, and I really loved the cozy ambiance. I tried a Lotus drink and it was delicious—sweet and candy-like! Unfortunately, the iced latte didn’t hit the mark. The espresso tasted under-extracted, which makes me think it might have come from an automatic machine or that the barista wasn’t fully trained on pulling shots. Overall, a nice spot to hang out, but I’d come back more for the specialty drinks and vibes than the espresso.

8/13/25 I went to Dauntless today. we stopped by this morning to meet a friend. I got the kids a scone which looked super amazingly delicious, a few flavors to choose from. Their coffees look amazing. I highly recommend the cold brews with flavor and cold foam and they do have specials of those as well, and they have the lotus drinks or flavored lemonades of many different flavors. The kids got flavored lemonades, blue raspberry and cotton candy. I ordered a cold brew with cold foam with banana and cardamom, but not too sweet, which was amazingly delicious. I thought their coffees were reasonably priced for what you get and their seating area is outdoor and really cute.

Never a bad day in the courtyard and if your day was bad the baristas are always there to make you feel a little bit better. The staff builds the atmosphere of comfort and community. The drinks are phenomenal and the pup cups even better! I love how the menu is always giving you something new and exciting. This is definitely the place to stop for coffee lotus drinks and every once in awhile a treat. Can't forget about our treat lady! If you happen to get lucky during your stop and she's there her scones are to die for!

I'm not a coffee drinker but my friend is and I was meeting her here. She loves Dauntless so I agreed.... Funny thing, the Saturday morning we met there, was one where our lovely Wisconsin climate turned to 10 degrees 😆. I was not dressed appropriately. I had no idea Dauntless was only outside, no inside tables. My friend sent me a message that I didn't see until I got there, explaining she reserved an igloo....ummm🤔Why do we need an igloo? There were plenty of blankets inside the igloo and a small space heater, although I think it would serve customers better if it was on the floor instead of a table. I can no longer remember what flavor latte I had but it was strawberry magnificence! I was there around Valentines Day. Again, not a regular coffee drinker so it's impressive to have something that delicious. I would 100% go back again and apparently inside seating is in the works. 😃
