A friend told me about this place. I’d passed it for four years after moving to Kearney. Recently, I dropped in. Wow! Truly gourmet pastry on par with high-end French or German fare you’d find Chicago or some other cosmopolitan place. This is not Starbucks mass-made cardboard! With full breakfast or lunch options, you’ve got more choices that the doughnut sign might imply. For Kearney, this place is stellar! You’ll not go wrong here.

A lovely and delicious homemade bakery with hot food to boot. Easy to find with plenty of parking jn the back. I picked up a mountain of pastries for family reunion, and a breakfast burrito for myself. Service was most friendly!

She took the time to explain menu items & answer questions… we still wanted to try one of everything! The pastries were flaky, fresh & delicious!! The quiche was PERFECTION, & the breakfast burrito… well you just need to order one to find out! The owner chatted with us & was extremely friendly as well! Everything was cooked fresh & from scratch. The restaurant was clean, the selection was amazing & everyone was so kind! Prices were very reasonable & consistent with a sit down breakfast place. If you’re like me & didn’t realize that this gem of a place existed in Kearney, add it to your “short list” - you won’t be disappointed!
