Crema's Take
“This East Tulsa institution excels at authentic Mexican pastries and traditional Hispanic treats made with genuine care, where fresh churros and vibrant specialty drinks like house-made chai lattes keep locals coming back. What really sets Pancho Anaya apart is the warmth of the staff—the afternoon crew treats every customer like family, and baristas like Araceli will go out of their way to craft drinks they've never made before just to make you happy. It's the kind of neighborhood spot where a quick pastry grab turns into a genuine human connection, all backed by seriously delicious food.”

Awesome place for Traditional Hispanic Treats
I came in 30 minutes before closing for a hot chai latte, and Araceli, the woman who helped me, was so kind! She mentioned she had never made a hot chai latte before, but still offered to make it for me even though it was almost closing time. She was so patient, and let me tell you—her chai latte was a 100/10! I left so happy and satisfied. Thank you, Araceli!
The ladies in the afternoon are so sweet. Very helpful and welcoming. I've never met them before but feels like we've known each other for years at the greeting. Will always return.
Pancho Anaya Bakery in East Tulsa is absolutely amazing! I can’t get enough of their authentic Mexican pastries–everything I’ve tried has been fresh, flavorful, and made with real care. Their churros are seriously some of the best I’ve ever had, especially the Bavarian stuffed ones that are always made fresh throughout the day. The jalapeño cream cheese croissant is a personal favorite too—soft, buttery, and with just the right kick. The atmosphere is bright and inviting, and the staff is super friendly and helpful every time I visit. It’s easy to pick your own treats with the tray and tongs setup, which I love because I can try a bit of everything without feeling rushed. Prices are really reasonable given the quality and taste. If you’re in Tulsa and love Mexican baked goods or just want to try something different and delicious, Pancho Anaya Bakery is a must-visit. It feels like a little taste of Mexico right here in Tulsa, and they definitely nailed it. Highly recommend!
