Trilogy Coffee & Tea Bar

Today I Ordered two cuartados. Came for a sit down nice coffee in a glass mug. Was Served in a thin paper cup. She did not tell me beforehand. I told her it was to stay. She said they are closing soon. Did not get the sparkling water which was supposed to come with it. Barista was matter of fact and could have cared less. We arrived 20 minutes before closing. People were still outside drinking coffee and they were open when we left. Coffee time is an experience-and a pleasure. Today it was not what i had looked forward to. Wish i could take the tip back. :(. Not fun when you pay good money.

OK - where to begin. So my family and are were on the island for the holidays this year and were traveling to Hā'ena State Park one morning. Stopping by Trilogy for coffee and something quick to eat, we would up having the best Avocado toast we've ever had. Our group of 5 each had it and loved it. Since being home we have tried to recreate it, but it hasn't really worked out for us. On a side note, after we ordered our food in the store, my son noticed a hat for sale. We had a quick turnaround time and couldn't get back in line, so I told him we'd go back later that day to buy it. The day got too busy and by the time we arrived back in the area, the store was closed. I contacted the owner through Instagram a few days later to see if I could buy the hat and he was more than accommodating. I was able to get it and buy some coffee to be sent home to Pennsylvania. Everything arrived quickly and our overall experience with the food, coffee and kindness of the owner all added up to something we won't soon forget. Highly recommend if you are on the island. Super good coffee, one of our favorites. Best syrups and flavors for lattes and matcha! Staff were really friendly and easy going. Mac nut latte was our favorite of the mac nuts we tried on island

My wife and I stopped in yesterday after going to the gym and we both loved the drinks we got. The service was also great as well! Super friendly staff. We will definitely be coming back during our trip. Highly recommend.

We were recommended by a friend. By far my favorite coffee on Kauai. The staff we friendly and professional. The coffees were killer. I had a cortado my wife had a cappuccino with the house made vanilla. Completely mind blowing!!!! The shop is super cool and the perfect size. The use a La Marzocco GB5 which is the mark of an amazing shop. We came back the next day and added the bagel with avocado to our coffee order. It was amazing as well. I will tell everyone visiting Kauai to make a stop at trilogy coffee!
