Crema's Take

This North Providence spot is a reliable bagel destination where the French toast bagels and lox sandwiches are assembled with genuine care, making it a beloved routine stop for regulars who appreciate the fresh food and consistently friendly crew. While pricing can feel steep and service consistency varies across locations, the welcoming atmosphere and hardworking staff clearly win over devoted customers who keep coming back for that morning coffee-and-bagel ritual.

The bagels (French toast Bagels) are absolutely delicious. Today I ordered a sandwich, it was very nice welcoming crew - fresh food and comfort / clean Lobby.

Its pretty clear that this establishment is owned and operated by completely incompetent people. You have a better chance of winning the lottery and getting struck by lightning in the same day than you do getting a plain bagel after 1030am from this restaurant. Its like they make 14 bagels a day. Its really unfortunate how this is the only quote on quote good bagel shop in the area and you cant even one unless you camp out at 230am the night before. Can someone please open another place so we dont have to deal with these clowns

This is my favorite of the Providence Bagel locations (and I love them all.) I start almost every work day with a bagel and coffee from this location. The staff are consistently friendly and efficient, there is easy parking, and the inventive weekend specials are always something to look forward to. One of my favorite spots not just in town, but in New England.

Why is a plain bagel with cream cheese over $8? I got a bagel with half plain, half strawberry cream cheese. Getting charged twice when it’s the same amount of cream cheese makes no sense. Even if you only get one flavor it’s still almost $6. Bagel was average size and cheap on spread (even though I paid $6 just for the cream cheese) The bagels themselves are good but I think it’s super overpriced, I’m from NY and bagels in Manhattan aren’t even this price. Providence location overall is faster and has nicer staff, at least in my experience.

Let's give it up to the hard working ladies at providence bagels. 1 manager 3 workers holding it down during the morning rush. My classic lox bagel sandwich was phenomenal and assembled with care. My coffee was on point and delicious. Only thing I would maybe suggest is adding one more person to the shift to help make all the orders and bounce back to the register. Very clean and cozy dining area. If you're in the area, I would very much recommend this spot for a bite. Super friendly staff and I believe the manager was Rafi, very helpful she was.
