Crema's Take

This Venezuelan bakery in Doral has earned serious social media buzz for its genuinely phenomenal pastries and traditional drinks, with a particularly devoted following for their cachitos and oversized, freshly made cheese and ham pastries that justify the wait. Staff like Natalie create an unexpectedly personal touch despite the perpetually busy, cramped space, making each visit feel like reconnecting with an old friend rather than grabbing a quick coffee. It's the kind of neighborhood spot where you'll abandon your plan for "just a small coffee" the moment you smell the place and see what's coming out of the kitchen.

I’ve visited this bakery numerous times, and each time, Natalie has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. Despite the shop’s busyness, she always treats every customer as if they’ve known each other for years. Her warm smile is a constant presence, from the very early morning until the store closes. She’s definitely an asset for this business :)

Caracas Bakery getting alot of mention in social media. I was in the area, decided to check it out. True to other reviews the service area small causing long lines & waits. The service is as fast as it can be and it was accomodating. I tried the cachito and I like another reviewer found it bland and a bit doughy. I took a box of pastries to gift so I will hear their feedback. I tried their sweet bread Venezuelan, Latin version of brioche, it was soft and on the light side. All & all worth a second try to taste more of their breads & pastries.

Stopped in this morning for breakfast thinking I was gonna get a small coffee and a tiny pastry. I didn’t expect to walk into gigantic pastries. Everything looked amazing. The whole place smelled amazing. I ended up getting a guava and cheese danish, which was absolutely amazing and probably is going to be the reason I come back. The amount of cheese and guava filling that was in it was a lot, and the pastry was out of this world. Also got a café on Leche, which was great as well. The girls behind the counter were awesome and very helpful and very nice this morning and overall was a great experience.

I ordered cheese pastries, cream cheese and turkey ham pastries, and the traditional Venezuelan ham rolls called "cachitos". All were delicious, freshly made, and warm. Excellent. The place is small, but the service is good.
