Crema's Take

Snowrolls is a playful frozen treat destination inside Citrus Mall where watching your ice cream being crafted into snow rolls is half the fun—think of it as edible entertainment with genuinely delicious results. Their specialty frozen creations come in creative flavor combinations like Cookie Dough and Oreo, and the made-to-order experience gives this spot a distinctive charm that feels more like visiting an artisan shop than grabbing typical mall food. It's the kind of place where families linger, enjoy the show of preparation, and come back for those signature creative frozen treats that taste as good as they look.

I love the frozen yogurt with chocolate. I visit very often this mall and allways eat on ice here. I also love to see how they make the snow rolls. its amazing a good show. You can choice a lot off topics. The Dubai Chocolate taste good. The lady is very friendly and make a good service. I will come back!

I visited your location today and had a disappointing experience. The employee at the counter seemed to have difficulty understanding English, which made communication challenging. I asked for a vanilla rolled ice cream, and when she asked for the size, I requested to see the cup sizes. She told me to look at the TV display instead. After asking again and getting the same response, I chose a small size to avoid further confusion. When she prepared the ice cream, the cup was barely filled, the rolls were smushed, and it was already leaking. She told me my total, which was around six dollars and some change. I said she could keep the change, but she handed it back to me, so it seemed she didn’t understand what I said. As soon as I walked away, the ice cream spilled all over my pants and shoe. I also wasn’t given a receipt, so I couldn’t request a refund. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I wanted to make you aware in hopes of improving service and communication. 12/07/25 approximately 2:30 PM

This place was just ok, nothing spectacular. Located near the carousel inside the Citrus Mall. The young lady taking the order was very nice. Prices were a bit high for what it was. I'd say it's one of those places you go once, just to make the kiddos happy and that's about it. Theres definitely better options at other places. The ice cream itself wasn't very tasty! Just some ice cream rolled up with some basic whip cream and chocolate drizzle and a tiny piece of what they called a brownie. Definitely not worth the almost $7 it cost for a SMALL. Oh and they even forgot the strawberry drizzle on one of them. 😐

Really good ice cream, we tried the Cookie Dough and Oreo, both delicious! At the beginning, the ice cream can be too hard, just wait a couple of minutes before start eating, when served, they are like an ice cream that just came out of the fridge, after that will start melting and you will enjoy it better.
