Really disappointed on this company. I love their coffee but the customer service is non existent. I purchased 2 bags of coffee online and was charged. I then realized I was never asked for my address. I called in to ask if there was anything I needed to do to get the coffee bags shipped to me. The gentleman I spoke with and started asking for my credit card information. I told him I had already paid online and I was just calling to have it shipped instead of picking it up. The gentleman then tells me he knows nothing about being able to order it online and their internet person was out of town at the moment. It has now been a month with me calling everyday and no one answers the phone to address my issue.
