Great system in place. Great fast friendly service. Staff was locked in and banging out orders. As for atmosphere, it’s an airport what can you do.

Great airport coffee spot! I had a black coffee and the Lox of Love! It’s really top notch airport food. The staff really hustles, the girl running the cashier was really hustling and taking charge. It’s the customer service we all need. She deserves a medal. Watch my comedy special “wet heat” on Netflix!

Food is so amazing this is exactly what Albany Airport needed because early mornings its Starbucks perfectly shaped bagels that are frozen until ordered, the expensive mini market but now we have Uncommon Grounds Great prices fresh bagels my favorite part is that they even have Battenkill when is one of the few best milks in New York State and Fun fact the only milk you can purchase from a bottle in the airport without all the extra preservatives like Nesquik.

Great spot for breakfast sandwiches, bagels and coffee. Love that they added a location at the airport as I frequently fly in the morning.

Teenage employees were yelling at each other, shouting at other airport employees walking by and singing loudly to music the shop was playing. Very unprofessional. I walked over to one of the blue coat airport ambassadors and he said there was nothing he could do as he was a volunteer.
