Crema's Take

Sweet Creams is a vibrant spot in Santa Barbara that doubles as a toy and candy store, creating a uniquely playful atmosphere alongside their specialty coffee drinks. The owner is passionate about trending creations like their signature Dubai chocolate strawberry cups (though fair warning: some find their execution differs from the original), and they're particularly beloved for their churros with chocolate sauce and creative specialty beverages. While the shop generates devoted fans who praise the owner's friendliness and energy, it's worth noting that reviews are decidedly mixed, with some customers finding the atmosphere and service approach off-putting.

Absolutely AMAZING!!! Everything is amazing and the owner is THE BEST! He is always so friendly and always has what’s best and what’s trending! Definitely stop by there if you are in Santa Barbara!

Not an authentic Dubai chocolate strawberry cup. Used chocolate shell not Nutella, pistachio cream was magic shell too. Yuck

Worst Experience! Owner yelled at my toddler for touching a stuffed animal. Scolded us for not being good parents. Yelled at us to “shut up and get out” repeatedly. It is a toy/candy store geared toward children. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. The owner had my 5 year old scared and crying his eyes out. Why own a store geared toward children if you have so much hate and impatience? Absolutely despicable. Don’t give this man anymore business!!

If i could give this place no stars I would. I’m a SB local and have always passed by this place yet never tried it. Today, my family and I decided to give it a go, off the bat (im assuming it was the owner) came off as very rude. We got their Dubai Chocolate & Dippin’ Dots—when I tell you it was the ABSOLUTE WORST chocolate I have ever tasted. I understand everyone makes it differently but this was by far the nastiest thing I’ve ever had. I don’t understand how this place has stayed open for awhile with horrible service and gross products. Do yourself a favor save your money. NOT WORTH IT
