Crema's Take

This Spiller Park location strikes a beautiful balance between meticulous coffee craft and genuine hospitality, with a consistently clean space where staff actually seem excited to chat about upcoming specials like their lemonade offerings. While their pour-over and espresso work shines most days, the real draw is the full menu experience—from specialty drinks to thoughtfully prepared avocado toast with a bright lemony twist—making it worth the visit even if parking requires a bit of hunting.

Absolutely beautiful shop! Maybe my favorite Spiller Park in the city. Everything on the menu is great, but a couple of standouts for me are the Little Shake and the avocado toast. Super cozy environment and an always welcoming staff.

Always a treat! The store is always clean and staff friendly. The manager shared with us a fun upcoming lemonade special that sounds so good. The rotating menu makes SP an easy revisit.

They must have been having an off day. The ambiance and the service was good, but my coffee was not good. I asked for a long black and confirmed it was two shots. And this is what it looks like? There should be crema all on the top here. And the flavor was so dull. It was like an average cup of coffee. After three sips I left it and went home and made something better with my clever dripper and some week old, pre-ground, Verona blend from Starbucks.

Consistent delicous coffee, delicious avocado toast, was about $20 (lemony flavor if you’re into that). No parking validation offered, we parked for 2 hours and went Nextdoor to sweet hut and bought something to validate there but still cost $11 because they only discount parking. No bathroom but you can use the one at the office building next door which was super clean / convenient. Limited ish seating depending on time of day.

Best coffee in Midtown, hands down. The quality of the coffee is excellent, the staff is super friendly, and the interior design is incredibly charming and comfortable. Even when there’s a long line, the drinks come out quick so you’re never waiting long. You won’t be disappointed giving this place a shot.
