I had the amethyst drink and it was THE BEST lavender matcha I've ever had! I love that this place is located inside a crystal shop too. Gave us something to look at while we wait for the drinks. The barista was so nice as well.
The good: The coffee was really great. Also tried a tea (London Fog) and it was good as well. The bad: Everything else. I’m really not sure who wrote all the other 5-star reviews… but the one thing this place is NOT, is a coffee shop. It is a gem shop (that also sells some blue jeans, jewelry, and other stuff that you can find ALL over Santa Fe) that sells coffee in the back. Zero coffee shop “vibe”, and no where to sit. Literally. There was a beautiful table and chairs near the coffee area, but they were 100% covered in more gems. There was an empty pastry case and a sad little bench shoved over next to the cash register. And a popcorn machine half-filled with old popcorn. That was it. And there were plenty of employees opening more boxes of gems all over the place, and one person sweeping up. We had to sit outside on a metal bench, and it was wet and VERY cold that day. No trash can in sight. And no parking. We parked in a paid lot a couple blocks away to get here. And we came here based on the stellar (and false) reviews. Every one of you reviewers owes me a hot coffee. If you are already in downtown Santa Fe, and you want to grab a coffee to go. Then sure, this is your place. But if you are looking for a coffee shop… this is not it.
Mark’s Coffee absolutely hit the spot today — shoutout to Anissa, Diego, and Alex for the perfect cups. The aroma alone had that deep, rich roast that makes you pause for a second before the first sip. The flavor was smooth, balanced, and bold without being bitter — you could taste the quality in every drop. The texture had that velvety finish that lingers just right, and the milk was steamed perfectly — creamy but light. It’s the kind of coffee that wakes you up and puts you in a good mood instantly. Easily one of the best cups I’ve had in a while
Ordered a Warm Vanilla Hazelnut Latte. 😋 Breakfast Crepe was made to order and delicious.
Loved the variety of stones they had. There is a rock for your perfect price point to be had here. Diego gave us excellent service
