Confident Coffee Roasters

I love almost everything about Confident Coffee. It has an amazing atmosphere, lots of fantastic seating options, and delicious food (the cinnamon rolls are amazing). All of the staff have always been so kind and helpful - offering great suggestions and making sure everything stays clean. My only qualm is with the consistency of drink quality… sometimes I have an absolutely delicious latte, other times I’m left disappointed with a watery tasting latte. I’m sure if I spoke to the barista about it, they would be happy to help, but I don’t want to be wasteful or seem rude. I just wish I didn’t have to cross my fingers and hope for a good latte when I go. I would still recommend Confident Coffee to my friends and I will still continue to go frequently because it has become a third space for me :)

Love Confident! I moved from OK and needed a new coffee place when I found Confident. I’m basic and love a good caramel/vanilla latte and confident has never let me down! It’s a great spot to hang out and study, I like how they have indoor and outdoor seating. I’ve brought my dog a couple times, just to pick up a coffee, and the staff was super welcoming to him. The prices are comparable with any other place in the area!

What a beautiful coffee shop! The place is so nice and inviting, and the coffee is really amazing! The flavor is just right. The staff is very attentive, especially Max, who I had the pleasure to talk to for a while. I totally recommend this lovely spot!

Disappointing experience this morning. I ordered a large latte and specifically asked for it hot, but it arrived lukewarm at best. On the positive side, the toffee pecan scone was excellent — highly recommend it. Service and reviews come down to consistency, and unfortunately today’s visit just didn’t reflect that.

I had already left a great review but I'm updating it because I had another amazing experience today! (I tried to go to the new french cafe down the street but the vibes were so bad that I walked out and came to a tried and true instead.) The girls in here are so nice and look like they genuinely enjoy their jobs! They're happy to answer questions and do so with patience and kindness. I had some kind of chocolate roll thing and it was the most delicious thing I've ever eaten in my life, and I love that they warm it up for you and bring it to the table. Iced americano was great. You can tell they pay attention to detail and put care into everything that they do here. Random but i love the cups & lids they use, clearly high quality. I'm always intimidated to go places on the fancier side of town but this is a place where I feel like I really fit in. The other customers there were really nice too! Can't wait to come back!
