Onyx Coffee Lab - Rogers HQ

Amazing! Onyx is one of the greatest roasters in the country, so I’m surprised at how magnificent their headquarters are. The attention to detail, the beautiful interior design, the spacious sitting area, and of course all the delicious drinks and pastries. It was all incredible and blew me away.

Visited the Onyx Coffee Lab headquarters in Rogers and this place is honestly beautiful. The space alone is worth the stop . lots of natural light, wood everywhere, hanging plants, and a really calm, open feel. It feels more like a creative studio than just a coffee shop. The coffee was great (no surprise), but what stood out most was the atmosphere. People were hanging out, working, chatting , it’s one of those places where you don’t feel rushed. The layout is thoughtful, from the seating to the open kitchen area, and everything feels intentional. It can get busy, but it never felt chaotic. Staff were friendly and knew what they were doing. If you’re into good coffee and well designed spaces, this is a must visit. Definitely one of the coolest coffee spots in Northwest Arkansas.

Being from Atlanta and in town for 2 days, this place was highly recommended. My family and I went to this location 2 mornings in a row and in the evening went to the downtown bentonville location. 3x to onyx in 2 days. The hq is definitely a must experience and plan to take your time and enjoy. It’s inviting, relaxing and stunning. There’s so many areas to chill with company. The music is perfectly in the background, not competing with conversations. The drinks were so good, if you don’t like sweet, ask if what you want comes sweet and adjust. The employees are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in ordering. The croissants. Don’t skip out. The chocolate was the best ever. The ham and cheese was delicious. I grabbed a chocolate bar to go, very good chocolates. This is the place!

I’ve been to their downtown location. While I had a great experience there, this one is even more impressive and the ambiance inside is just unique and amazing. In addition to one of their lattes, we tried their croissant which was really tasty.

Onyx Coffee Lab is one of the MOST beautiful and thoughtfully designed coffee shops I have ever visited. I could stay there for hours. The space is filled with natural light and decorated with lush greenery and plants 🪴, which gives it a fresh, calming atmosphere. The modern design mixed with organic elements makes it feel both stylish and welcoming. So perfect for slowing down and enjoying the moment. I love the seasonal menu they offer and my onyx delight certainly was delightful. They also have a gift shop section. One of my favorite parts was getting to watch the pastry team work behind a glass window, creating everything from scratch right there on-site. It added such a special, handcrafted feel to the experience. The environment is quiet and focused, making it an ideal space for studying, remote work, or casual meetings. With high-quality coffee, fresh pastries, and an inspiring setup, Onyx Coffee Lab is a place I will definitely return to.
