Crema's Take

Hidden in Colorado Springs, this cozy spot pairs genuinely warm hospitality with unexpectedly fresh Mediterranean and Indian-inspired bowls that take their time to do it right. The counter staff here actually makes you feel welcome, and locals keep coming back for the quality ingredients and generous portions—whether you're grabbing a traditional coffee or settling in for a leisurely shawarma or curry tikka bowl that's worth the short wait.

Went here with my partner the other day and we were both impressed. The woman serving us at the counter was so friendly and the service was excellent. The food was delicious ( we got the chicken kabob bowl and curry chicken bowl with rice and nutella banana ice cream rolls) and it was so beautiful and well presented as well. We were so impressed. I'm not used to seeing such a high standard of food quality and service in a food court setting so this place really stood out. Definitely recommend!

I ordered chicken shwarma and expected a pleasant combo of chicken, onions, herbs, sauces, etc. similar to other restaurants. It was only chicken and rice. Though it was delicious, it was missing the freshness of veggies. Really recommend they add a splash of onion, parsley or cilantro and a yogurt sauce. Their signature sauce is interesting, blue, weird, and added a nice tangy touch but not sufficient for me.

Truly delicious food. We had to wait about 20 minutes which was totally worth it because the food came out very fresh (beef shawarma bowl with rice) and was obviously just made. Loved it. We might keep coming to this mall just to eat at 11:11.

First time trying 11:11 since we moved back and we loved it. I got the Curry Tikka in a rice bowl and we also got a Shawarma chicken salad bowl. From the fries to the rice everything was super tasty. We also got a Turkish Kahve which was VERY delicious. I do not like the bitterness of coffee so I usually avoid it but this was great.

6/19/24- really good food for a great price. When compared to the other restaurants in the mall it has the best food volume to price ratio, so best value at the mall. I got the chicken shawarma bowl which was a touch dry until I dumped in my extra baba ghanouj. The blue sauce was yummy, but at first sight was a little odd since you don't expect a blue food. I would highly recommend this place and will be stopping by next time I'm in the area.
