Crema's Take

This Colorado Springs spot strikes an impressive balance between a quick caffeine grab and a lingering destination, with a refreshingly casual self-order system that somehow makes the whole experience feel more relaxed rather than less. The pastries and breakfast sandwiches (think bacon and egg, bulgogi, spam and egg) are genuinely crave-worthy with that perfect balance of quality ingredients and comfort-food satisfaction, and the specialty drinks show real creativity beyond the usual suspects. What really sets Egg Lush apart is the vibe—locals describe it as chilled and pleasant, the kind of place where you're equally happy to dash in for a warm cookie or settle in for an hour of good company.

Wish we had one of these back home! The bacon and egg sandwich was delicious and the cookie I got was still warm. Perfect balance of chewy and crispy.

Where do i start walking in the atmosphere is pleasant and nice very chilled and relaxed. Ordering was easy you get to see the pictures before you oder same as the drinks. I ordered the blue cream lemonade which is good not to sweet just right! I also ordered the bacon and cheese egg sandwich which is super tasty the eggs are so fluffy and light and the bread is perfect and the bacon is crispy just like I like it. This place is most definitely a 10/10 for sure will be back to try the other items on the menu!! The lady's working here are very sweet and pleasant and nice!!

Went once, had to go back. I love everything about this place. No one takes your order, so you do that yourself when you enter, but I kinda like that. You pay up front and you don't have to wait for your check when you're ready to go. The food is amazing! Their breakfast burrito is delicious and has a a pretty healthy size. I only eat half and save the rest for later. Nice, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Nice ambiance and view. The only thing for me is that it's in a weird part of town and there are a lot of homeless people around. That doesn't bother though, at least not enough to keep me away from those burritos, but it might bother some people. If it weren't so far for me, I'd be there all the time. 👍🏻👍🏻

We discovered Egg Lush while traveling, and it turned out to be an amazing find. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. We ordered the egg-lush sandwich, the bulgogi sandwich, the classic french fries, bulgogi french fries, broccoli corn soup and lemonade. Both the regular fries and the bulgogi fries were excellent on their own—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. They also offer a great variety of sauces, and we loved all of them: the original sauce, spicy mayo, and kiwi sauce. Each one paired beautifully with the food and added its own unique touch. The sandwiches were just as impressive. The bread was soft, all the ingredients were very fresh, and the seasoning was well balanced—not too heavy, just right. On top of that, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If you’re visiting the area, this place is absolutely worth a stop. We’ll definitely be coming back next time. If you’re in the area, this place is absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommended.

Outstanding Food, But Service Needs Improvement I recently visited with a party of four. The food here is genuinely outstanding—it was incredibly savory and flavorful. I ordered the spam and egg breakfast sandwich, and the bread was the real highlight: it was cut thick like Texas toast but managed to be wonderfully fluffy and airy. Thank you for the great food! However, the service aspect of our visit was truly disappointing, which is why I must give a lower rating. The Issue: My girlfriend and I, along with our two friends, placed our food and house coffee orders simultaneously. As a dine-in customer, I felt that beverage orders were heavily deprioritized in favor of delivery/takeout. • I did not receive my simple, batch-brewed house coffee until after I had already eaten about half of my sandwich( about 12 minutes for food to reach table) • When my coffee finally arrived, I asked the presumed owner if my two friends could get their two house coffees from the fresh pot. They smiled and said "yes," but my friends still waited an additional eight minutes for their drinks. My Suggestion for Improvement: I noticed the owner seemed overwhelmed, with 9 or 10 tickets coming out of the printer untouched. A new system for order organization is urgently needed. To maintain the quality of the dine-in experience, I strongly suggest hiring a dedicated staff member whose only responsibility is handling drink orders. I look forward to eating here again, but I hope to see these service issues addressed in the future.
