Stood at the register and had to wait for the two employees to finish their conversation before they’d serve me, even though they looked right at me to acknowledge my presence. Then I paid $12 for two cold brews just to watch them grab a jug of Stōk you can buy at the grocery store and pour it over ice… that same jug costs $5.99. So they buy store bought cold brew you could get yourself and mark it up by 100%. Never coming back.

For better and worse, it's what you'd expect for a coffee shop in a mall. Not bad, but nothing special. Didn't feel like good value, but I don't typically buy upscale coffee.

It's in the mall. Google doesn't say that. The pictures of all the drinks do not come like that. They do not come looking like the artistic images of glasses and mugs and specialty drinks. I was prepared to pay $20 for a drink of it looked exactly like all of the images on Google for this location. They just come in plastic lined coffee cups or plastic cups like Starbucks. Nothinf special. Just coffee. Once I realized it was in the mall I should have turned around but I was visiting the area for the holiday and thought why not find it. The people were extremely nice and friendly. They weren't the issue. It was the high hopes and expectations that Google images gave me that made me think it might have been an upscale shop of sorts. If you're allied by the pictures.when you Google coffee shops in the area. You won't find them there unfortunately.

The service here is excellent. The atmosphere is so calm and warm, the lighting makes the place look peaceful and fancy. Our server, who I believe is also the manager, was extra friendly and went out of her way to make us comfortable. It's closer to a real café experience, not like the American coffee chains like Dunkin and Starbucks. I recommend it!

The service was lovely and super friendly and you can see the passion for their work in it, and the drinks are incredible! I got the strawberry and cream frappe and it's so refreshing and good! 10/10 definitely stop in! It's lovely!
