Crema's Take
“Crêpe Therapy Café is a thoughtfully crafted gathering spot where Chef Mawa McQueen elevates crepes into something genuinely special—think Colorado ingredients, truffle-filled options, and surprisingly stellar vegan choices that don't feel like an afterthought. The staff consistently delivers warmth and attentiveness, creating the kind of place where regulars keep coming back for both the food and the unhurried, welcoming vibe that encourages you to actually sit and linger. It's comfort food with intention, where indulgence and nourishment coexist on the same menu.”

I come in to Crepe Therapy a few times a week as I work in the same complex. I have NEVER had a bad experience here, and I have nothing but good things to say. The staff is kind and attentive and the space is always well lit and clean. They offer gluten free + vegan options that are super tasty and made to order. If you haven’t tried this spot yet, it’s about time! Pro tip: try the Ivory Coast mocha latte, you won’t regret it ;)
I love this creperie!!! It’s a marvelous gourmet take on traditional crepes with more modern / Colorado ingredient preferences. It has the flex to be insanely indulgent or delightful & healthy. Best lavender matcha beverage anywhere in US. Amazing spot, can’t wait to try more crepes!!! Best crêpe evereeeeer !!!!!! Im gonna go to this place a million times a year and the staff are really sweet 😁💯 satisfactory A.k.a. 100% satisfactory they have fun games and an old fashion telephone box/booth with a sweet message in the phone waiting for you in the telephone box/booth. Also i really recommend the lavender ice Matcha tea and the gen-z crêpe for a sweet tooth person. They have croissants and you can watch them make crêpes there 😱😍😱😍😱😍😱😍👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌🙃🙂🙃🙂🙃🙂🙃🙂🙃🙂🙃🙂🙃🙂🙃🙂🙃🙂👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👾👾👾👾
We found a new favorite in Boulder - Crepe Therapy cafe on 30th Street across from Barnes & Noble. Their crepes are delicious. My husband had a crepe with truffles and it was full of truffles. My strawberry/ nutella crepe was loaded with strawberries. They also have a gluten free buckwheat option. The crepes are large, next time we'll share.
This place is incredible! As a vegan I am so happy that they offer so many incredible vegan options both savory and sweet as well as other options that are more traditionally dinner options. The skill of the employees there is amazing to make these incredible crepes and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants vegan crepes as well as regular crepes!!!
Crêpe Therapy Café is the kind of place Boulder didn’t know it needed. Michelin-recognized chef Mawa McQueen has created a space focused on both great food and mental wellness, giving guests “permission to pause.” The crêpes are exceptional. My favorite was the Boulder Crêpe with rotisserie chicken, basil pesto, mushrooms, and Gruyere — rich, flavorful, and satisfying. The Citrus Confidential Crêpe, with yuzu lemon curd and blueberry compote, was the perfect refreshing finish. The atmosphere is calming yet elevated, and the staff is genuinely kind. Whether you’re looking for a cozy brunch, a relaxing meal, or just some of the best crêpes around, this place is worth the trip from Denver.
