Luna's Cakes & Coffee

Absolutely loved this cafe. It's new and has a great clean ambience. They do have a variety of specialty drinks - I will try this in my next visit, this visit I had an early grey tea which was served in a pot with loose leaf tea. Definitely an upgrade from the regular cafes with tea bags. Their Colombian cheese bread was good, can't wait to try other things on their menu. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed this new coffee shop and bakery in Newton. Got a specialty latte (perfectly not too sweet!), scones, a cortado, and a chocolate tres leches mini cake to go. The cake was… so delicious. It was so moist and the chocolate flavor was really well balanced with the traditional tres leches flavors. I’ll be coming back when I need a cake kick!

My husband and I just found this gem - and we're regulars. It's so perfect I hardly know where to start. It's both open and warm and cozy, terrific coffee and freshly baked goods (they bake all day). It's clean, clean, clean - with plenty of public parking. Those of us who settle in can't help but say, Aren't we lucky to have this amazing coffee shop called LUNA!

Loved this spot! Colombian coffee, fresh, delicious sweets, and every detail feels just right. We had cappuccinos and the special María Luisa — exactly like the owner described, so good! Cinnamon roll, banana bread with nuts & chocolate, and dulce de leche with passion fruit… each one better than the last. Cozy, beautifully simple space, perfect for a slow coffee or to-go. Served by the owners too, which is such a nice touch. Will be back for sure!

Omgggg this place is my new obsession! The owners are so nice and welcoming and the pasteries are some of the best I’ve ever had. They turned the old Starbucks location into something to cute and girly I love it. I also ordered some cupcakes for a Halloween party and the carrot cake ones were so moist and flavorful and the decorations were adorable. If you like cool unique lattes with cool syrups they also have those.
