Sol Cafe & Smoothie Bar

The staff was friendly, and inside it's pleasant, though small. There are a couple of tables on the sidewalk that are nice when the weather is good. The acai bowl was okay, a bit short on toppings. The flatbread was also okay, the crust with no particular flavor, and the tomato sauce on the sour side.

WOW! "The Cabo" is their take on Avocado Toast & it is DELICIOUS to the MAX. The spicy guac on the toast is a nice added element to this delectable creation. It was full of flavor & crafted beautifully. I WILL be back & look forward to trying more of their delicious menu, possibly a smoothie next. The culture in the team that works there is full of LIFE!

I really like their coffee, they roasted their own bean. I ordered a latte. The staffs are very friendly and nice.

Sol is my most visited spot in Rhinebeck. The smoothie and bowls are delicious and the staff is really friendly. There are a few cozy spots to sit and then 2 small areas well suited for plugging in a laptop. I always call my order in ahead of time so I can just run in and grab it.

Excellent smoothies, decent prices and a laid back vibe. They roast their own coffee, and have products with natural ingredients. John and Anthony are courteous as well.
