Vo's Coffees

The costumer service here is ridiculous. Twice, I have stopped before closing and been turned away both times. First, 15 min before closing they said they won't do hot drinks. Second time, 30 minutes before closing they wouldn't do ANY drinks! I pointed at the hours and said, you are open until 7. She decided they were closing early. They act like they are working for free or something. I can't review the products, because I can't seem to buy any!!!

The worst customer experience I've ever had. The guy was rolling his eyes, and could clearly tell he didn't like his job. I asked about whipped cream on top of the drink. After paying $18.00. He looked at me like I just kicked a puppy. Then rudely stated its 75cents extra! Horrible experience and ill make sure to spread the word! A few bad apples can spoil the bunch! Didn't catch his name. But he had multiple ear piercings!

First time customer having never heard of Vo’s. I thought I would give it a try here at the mall. My go to is black coffee that’s ready to go. Medium black with nothing in it and it was pretty smooth not bitter at all. I did like it over other coffee chains so I was impressed. Customer service and atmosphere was great. If you love some good coffee I would definitely recommend Vo’s. Thank you for the delicious coffee and great service!!!

I ordered a Iced Blueberry Cold Brew and a Blueberry muffin, it was soo good! Sophia and Nathan were the sweetest people, and gave me a great experience. I highly recommend Vo’s Coffees!

I stopped by this coffee shop and tried the iced blueberry coffee with frothed vanilla half and half on top; a unique and refreshing treat that I’ll definitely be coming back for. The barista recommended his favorite drink. The flavor was just the right mix of fruity and creamy, perfect for a hot day! What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Nathan took my order and was incredibly kind and attentive. Sophia was working hard behind the counter, quickly making drinks and keeping everything moving, even during a rush. Despite the busy atmosphere, the team handled it with professionalism and speed. At one point, I overheard a customer mention their drink might have been made incorrectly, and the staff immediately offered to remake it; no fuss, no attitude, just great customer care. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in their work and genuinely wants every customer to leave happy. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. The drinks are great, and the people are even better!
