This place is sooo much more than a coffee shop! Not only is Blend.Co women-owned with immaculate vibes, but the food is out of this world! You must go for lunch. The short rib sandwich was perfection. Also such a cute space to cowork or host events, they have tons of space and options!

Blend.Co exceeded every expectation we had for our event. From the initial outreach, the booking process was clear, efficient, and surprisingly easy. Haley and Suzy guided us through layout options, food selections, event flow, and all the details that typically complicate planning. Their organization made everything feel manageable from the start. The venue itself is stunning. The space is warm, modern, and intentionally designed, which creates an elevated atmosphere without requiring additional decorations. It felt polished and welcoming the moment guests arrived. The charcuterie and appetizers were exceptional. Everything was fresh, thoughtfully arranged, and genuinely memorable. It added a level of quality that set the tone for the entire event. Haley and Suzy were attentive, professional, and fully invested in making sure the night went smoothly. Their coordination allowed us to enjoy the event without stress. I had the first wedding hosted by Blend.Co and could not be happier with how our event turned out. Haley and Suz were 10/10 in making my last minute event perfect, with one month notice you would never know with the attention to detail and coordination. Haley was confident, communicative, and on it every step of the way. The vibes are incredible, the food is delicious and overall I would recommend this venue to anyone hosting a special event. Blend.Co is such a gem in Denver! The location itself is absolutely stunning. There is tons of seating, a warm inviting vibe, and a patio I cannot wait to enjoy once the weather warms up. I stopped in for a game of trivia and got to try several menu items. My top picks were definitely the arancini balls and the short rib sandwich, both were flavorful and so well done. The signature cocktails were beautiful, but the standout for me was the Cinnamon Toast Tini. So good! Overall, a gorgeous space, delicious food, and great drinks. Can’t wait to come back!

We came on opening day and the food and service was excellent. The NDA sandwich’s flavors are well put together. The crab cakes are also delicious. The staff was really friendly. The atmosphere was something this side of town needed. We will be returning!
